DESCRIPTION
• Support and coordinate with Sales, Ops Manager, BDM and Department Head for customer projects development and incoming Tenders from Regional TM team
• Responsible for Pricing for all local as well as Regional/Global RFQs
• Coordinate with Overseas Network offices for import shipments pricing for local Tender/RFQs
• Develop and manage key performance and revenue report for Management
• Coordinate and manage all incoming Tender for Air & Sea & Local Trucking
• Ensure RFQ templates are filled out completely and correct
• Meet submission Deadline
• Managing Rate/Charges database for Air & Sea as well as Local Trucking
• Follow Market rate development and provide report to Managing Director
• To manage trucking price based on negotiation and market development understanding.
• Propose strategic long-term pricing based on Company target for Air & Sea
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistic & Supply Chain
• At least 3 years experience in Operation for Forwarding industry
• Good understanding about all kind of freight forwarding products: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, Trucking and local handling
• Good commercial mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and high intensity
• Interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
• Excellent writing and communications in English
